It was excellent, except they missed a small amount of adhesive removal. They offered to pull it back in to finish, but I found it inconvenient to do so at the time, so passed on it.

They could have been more informative, as soon as we walked in, about what would be needed from us, because what was needed was different from how I interpreted information I received ahead of time. Very professional and helpful in every other way.

Overall. It was a reasonably good experience.

I am satisfied to have my car back in working order. However, I am disappointed that I was told ma y times it would be ready earlier than it was, resulting in my insurance taking my rental away too early. In addition I was told my car was detailed, but it actually was not, there was still vaccumming that was needed and my windows were quite messy.

I am overall satisfied to have my car back in working order. However I as told on multiple occasions that my car would be ready sooner than it was, which caused my insurance company to take my rental back too early. Also, I was told my car was detailed before getting it back, but it wasn't vaccummed well and the windows were pretty dirty as well.

It started off bad as Calliber and Farmers insurance could not get in to an agreement of some of the costs from what I understand
