Great group to work with through the whole process. Kept us informed and walked us through the steps, explaining to make sure we understood everything along the way. Quality of work was excellent and actually was done a few days ahead of schedule.

The repair looked good overall but a used part did have flaws on it that do not match the rest of my vehicle so I would have liked input on that. It is being looked into.

May the truth be told. I wanted to move the truck to another shop cus I lost faith the first week they had it. I sensed I was being lied too at the beginning when the supposedly started the estimate which I believe didn't really get started until a week after they got it. I knew this because I did a drive by and by phone calls in the first week.

Employees in the back were rude and I felt threatened when they made me leave under harsh words. All I was trying to do was take pictures for my records. This was done on the day it was to be completed.

With the "new to me" insurance rules, it's a wonder you guys can get anything done in a timely manner. However, I just role with what comes, so no upset here. I especially appreciated the thorough cleaning when I picked it up. A wonderful surprise. Vacuuming was on my to do list. You did a much better job than my old 84 yr old body could have and I so appreciated it. The car looks like new. I have to sell it in the Spring so much appreciate the work you did. Thank you.

Visual damage was repaired very nicely. As we drove on the highway, we noticed the front passenger door has some sort of air leak. Should we call to bring it back in after Thanksgiving? Everyone is very helpful and nice!
