Everyone that I encountered at Caliber Collision in Parker was extremely helpful and professional. Melissa got me a rental car when my arrangements fell through. JeLaurie kept in touch every few days telling me the progress of the repairs. She also able to make sure the repairs were done well and in a timely manner. I was very pleased with my experience at Caliber and am spreading the word.

Jalore(sp) was great. After my 1st appointment in Nov was supposed to be rescheduled for the Monday after Thanksgiving, and then I was told that "I" had cancelled it, I was completeness POd. The new girl at the front desk was wrong, and she called me a liar. So needless to say, I was not impressed. She basically told me TS. If I didn't like it I could go somewhere else. Since she answers the phone, and probably reads this text message first, I guess I need to copy it to Corporate. But I will do it so that she won't be involved. She is not the genius that she thinks she is
