I had a great experience with Caliber Collision and wanted to specifically recognize Cristal for being absolutely amazing throughout the process. From start to finish, she kept me updated, answered every question I had, and made sure I always knew what was going on with my repair. Having someone communicate that well made a stressful situation much easier. The level of detail and care that went into the repair really stood out to me. My Audi RS5 had body damage and bent wheels, and I appreciated that the team didn’t just repair the visible damage; they also took the time to check and recalibrate the vehicle’s safety and driver-assistance systems to make sure everything was functioning properly after the repair. That kind of attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence that the job was done right. The car looks great, drives correctly, and the whole experience was professional from beginning to end. Thank you to Cristal and the entire team for taking such great care of my car.
