The repair was well done. We were given an estimate of two weeks which turned into. 3 weeks and 2 days. You hold all the power while we adjust our schedules. Even on pick up day - we were told 4:18 pm and it got delayed until past 5:30 pm.

A wonderful, responsive, seamless, and professional experience. Brenda is keenly aware of and sensitive to the needs of her clients. Communicative and does what she says she'll do. Love the text updates. Also they are accustomed to working with State Farm insurance and Enterprise Rental cars.....making the entire experience extremely customer centric. It's the dream team!
