I loved all the communication. Jeremy was awesome! He called me several times to let me know how things were progressing on top of the text messages. Quality of work was great. Couldn’t believe how fast they got me in for my repair and finished the work amazingly fast! We couldn’t be more pleased as a repeat customer! Hopefully we don’t have to come back, but if necessary, your shop will be our only option!!

I was notified of the progress of my vehicle via text. This was very helpful to know how to plan my time for transportation needs while it was in your shop. I am satisfied with the completed work. However, I am still waiting for the Chrysler emblem to be ordered and installed. this doesn’t impede my ability to drive my vehicle, it will require an extra trip to your facility. Jeremy was the best service rep I have dealt with. I had a vehicle repaired with caliber years ago and I was so unsatisfied that I sold the truck because I couldn't stand to look at it. I was hesitant to bring another vehicle to caliber. I did it anyway and Jeremy changed my mind completely regarding your company. On time delivery with updates daily. Did I mention that I actually had 2 cars repaired this time? One delivered early and one on time.
