My check in on Friday October 4th was great. Everyone was so courteous and got everything done quickly. Jeremy answered my texts and kept me updated every day regarding car repair process. I was very glad he was there on Friday the 18th because I don't think the girl at the front desk knew which way was up. Overall a great experience.
