Very professional attitude and I immediately had a very good feeling that a great job will be done on my car when I walked in the first day. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told the first day they were booked for a whole month and I needed to make an appointment. I have never heard this from any body shop before. How I interpreted this was that Caliber is slammed so they must be doing a great to gain such trust from the public.

Some confusion when I checked in. Claims agent evidently does not notify location re: appt. All was handled well. Jeremy, our rep at Caliber Collision couldn’t have been nicer. Car fixed ASAP. Thanks to Caliber for professionalism and excellent service.
