Some confusion when I checked in. Claims agent evidently does not notify location re: appt. All was handled well. Jeremy, our rep at Caliber Collision couldn’t have been nicer. Car fixed ASAP. Thanks to Caliber for professionalism and excellent service.

My car went in for warranty work from previous repair and when I picked it up, the back hatch door is no longer working at all. You guys had done a great job cleaning my car and I appreciate that but not sure what was done that broke the back door. It’s frustrating that again it needs to go in. 3rd time. And i’m Single and it’s hard to keep taking it in as I work full time.

The car looks great. The process from start to finish was easy. Jeremy did a great job of explaining and keeping me updated. All around they did an excellent job. They even found the lipstick that fell out of my bag during the accident

Drew was awesome he helped us out what all are repair needs make sure everything look good before we can pick up the car basically went over the car like I would with a fine-tooth comb we appreciate that and any other body work we need will be there along with will also refer people to caliber collision thank you for fixing a car and putting it back on the road

The passenger door that was repaired still isn’t right it’s going to need to looked at again. Other than that it’s was a great experience and the person that did the final walk over went above and beyond with the service even bugged out our other headlight to make it match the new headlight that was installed
