They had forgot to install a new exhaust pipe (which had been completely caved in from the wreck). This was noticed by me during the inspection following having our Jeep for 7 days. It had said in the receipt that it had been fixed, which was untrue. They asked for me to bring it back in the following Monday to get it taken care of.
