Car was brought in for fire damage repair . despite the $300.00 for the detail, a large spot on hood with bubbling on paint was missed. No rental car offered so I could bring car back again for additional fix despite vehicle being in shop x3 weeks. Now will have to appropriate the time to do so and arrange transpo to work. No personal follow up with regard to this.

Joe was timely with updates and easy to work with. Kenny is an excellent shop manager and was involved positively and transparently with operations and process. Stemper did excellent technical work repairing the cover and the painter whose name I don't know, did a great job polishing the cover. Happy with work

The overall length of time needed for the repair seemed excessive. It was difficult to be without my vehicle for two weeks on a repair that was mostly replacement parts. Insurance responded immediately, so I know that was not an issue. In the future, a quicker repair would make life much easier. I am very pleased with the repair. Thanks
