The staff were professional and friendly. Repairs were completed in a timely manner, matching the estimated time frame. Communication with the progress of my car was very good, with my preferred text updates, I could monitor the progress and see if we were still on schedule. They assisted with communication with the car rental company as well taking an extra task off my plate.

After I brought the car home I noticed some minor adjustments that needed to taken care of. They encouraged me to come in and get them fixed to my satisfaction ASAP. Car is fixed and I’m satisfied.
