Joe was the gentleman that assisted me with my repair. He was ABSOLUTLY WONDERFUL! He has a great demeanor and is very respectful which now a days is hard to come by. He is a giant asset to Caliber. He is very detail oriented and went the extra step to make sure he noted every detail. It's funny because everyone does it with my car. After I received the email of the cost for the repair I noticed a small but large detail. He noted the car was black in color. I advised him it is green and he quickly changed it to get the correct paint ordered. It's a special green. He instantly replied and changed it. I was so relieved.
