The two people I directly had contact with was Kenny and Lauren. Lauren was a great welcome when I walked into Caliber and very efficient both with meeting my needs and executing the Caliber process. Kenny was a true professional with a well trained eye and obvious abundant knowledge and experience. All this with a friendly attitude; a pleasure to work with. I was in need of getting the truck back as soon as possible so I could schedule some tasks and Caliber was able to meet this need and got the truck to me earlier than estimated. Thank you so much!
