The only thing I was dissatisfied was when picking up the car, although it was very late in the day, it would have been nice if they had went over the work they had done to the car with me. Instead I was directed to sign papers, pay the amount due, given my key back and directed to my car. Otherwise, they were very helpful, Joe always kept me in the loop and listened to my concerns. I'll definitely come back and recommend Caliber to friends.
