Poor communication with insurance company and caliber collision. We already talked to the manager and he did not seem to care. Disappointed about that. You don't keep telling the customer that you agree there is a problem and that it is your fault but still do nothing about it.

I like the Customer service that Joe presented. He was honest and listened to my concerns. I like the part that he was determined to retrieve a perfect and brand new tailgate for my truck. It took longer and went past the complete date but the quality of the work was excellent and I feel that is more important to me. I pleased with the work.
