This was the first time in my life that I had to deal with this kind of thing my husband always handled it. I lost him 4 years ago and I have to say I made the right decision picking Caliber collision to do the repairs on my truck. Even though the man that ran into my truck insurance company paid for the repairs. The minute I stepped into your store you made me feel welcome and made me very comfortable you were honest and told me everything that needed to be done and I thank you full heartedly for that . I don’t normally trust people at all but with the treatment you gave me my wall came down and I felt very comfortable in my choice to let you guys fix my truck my baby 😃 You all did an awesome job and no affence but I hope I will never need you again but if I do Caliber Collision will be the one I call and I will recommend Caliber Collision to all my friends and family. I was in an accident where the other person was at fault so their insurance was handling everything. It has been years since I have had an accident and tons have changed on how this all works. I had no clue Paso Caliber explained it all to me. Got my car in and had it done in the time they quoted me. They kept in contact with me thru texting snd phone calls every step of the way.
