Marco Perez has outstanding time management skills. I had an accident on Friday March 6, 2026 and I was able to get it to Caliber on Tuesday March 10, 2026. The team at Caliber had my car back to me on Friday March 13th. They did a beautiful job. Very impressed

Over all totally satisfied. Awesome customer service! Very happy with my bumper. When I drove off the VSA alert came on my dash. I came back later Friday afternoon and the gentleman was awesome and tried to figure it out. We thought we figured it out but as I drove off the VSA alert came back on. He said if it comes back on to bring it back in. I’ll be back Monday.
