Caliber Collision has been great to work with. Communication was great with the Ram repair and Communication was lacking on the Volvo unless I communicated with Joe who was not assigned to my Volvo as Ethan was supposedly assigned.

My Ram was repaired and I was completely satisfied. My Volvo was repaired and when it was returned I noticed that the Clear Edge Guard was missing. I had to wait over another hour for this Clear Edge Guard to be replaced. I am now completely satisfied with the repairs to my Volvo.

I had my 2019 Ram 3500 and 2021 Volvo XC60 at Caliber Collision. The repairs were done quickly. Joe communicated the work being done on my Ram and kept me informed on the progress. On my Volvo Ethan was to keep me informed, but never did. I had to ask Joe if he could check on my Volvo progress which he did.

The paint finish was outstanding, the detailing of the vehicle, extremely well done, but the interior trim that holds your sunglasses at the cabs roof is loose and needs to have fasteners put in
