Cannot tell anything ever happened. They did a great job. Had one sensor that acted up right after I picked up the car, but they took it right back and fixed it quickly. Mike was great to work with.

I was highly satisfied with the quality of the repairs and the customer service Jacob provided. He was understanding, professional, and communicated with me throughout the process, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with the shop manager, Levi, was the complete opposite. We ran into issues with the at-fault party paying for the repairs, and rather than approaching the situation with understanding or offering solutions, he immediately threatened to begin charging storage fees if I didn’t pay that same day—even though my vehicle had only been ready for ONE business day. His tone was condescending, and he spoke to me (as well as my dad) as though he held all the power in the situation. Based on my experience, Levi’s approach fell way short of the level of customer service I would expect from someone in a management position.
