Excellent service. They were thorough inspecting my car to make sure it was repaired correctly and updated me as to progress made. I had a link that I could use to easily text questions and receive answers. Best part, my car looks as good as new! I highly recommend their service.

If the were using geico insurance for method of payment I would be less likely, cash payment very likely

Body work was beautiful. Employees very helpful, courteous and accommodating. Only negative comment I have is I had no windshield fluid, or even water in car and windshield was filthy and stuck on, could barely see to drive home. Inside of my car had been cleaned so well I almost didn't recognize it, but the only clean part on the outside was were actual work had been done. Like the windshield it was almost as the dust and dirt had been baked on.

Satisfied in every way. Only negative comment would be that my geico agent said she was told it would be a 3 day job and according to that they cancelled my rental 3 days after that estimate. It was not taken into consideration that your shop is closed on the weekend. Although this is not directly an issue with you, indirectly it is a major issue with the customer (me) ... in my opinion it's an issue that should be addressed in some way to better your customers. Again this is an insurance issue but it does have a direct effect on the customer, which as a newly opened business is who you are trying to bring back.
