My2018 Buick Enclave rear bumper repair wasn’t completed as I’d expected from the estimate. The rear parking sensors were left unpainted, and when I asked about it, Julio said it wasn’t included. That didn’t line up with how I understood the estimate. Communication was also tough. I didn’t get callbacks and had to keep trying for updates, which added to the frustration.

In the end they did a very good job on the car. The issue was very poor communication, I understand it was a large job, but it extended 3 extra weeks because of an inhouse accident on a new piece, plus from my understanding they were missing a piece. The communication on the whole issue was terrible.
