Staff was very courteous, but Elvin did not keep me updated. He told me he’d call me in the afternoon and never did; had to keep trying to reach him to find out what was going on. And did not tell me the insurance did not cover a particular problem until it was time to pick my car up so I had no recourse with my insurance company to fight it.

Classic Collision Hollywood did an amazing job repairing my car! Sal handled most of the process and was professional, supportive, and helpful throughout. At pickup, Jaime was incredibly sweet as well.. I hope I remembered the name correctly! Also, a girl that was also very sweet when I dropped off the car. Everything was completely seamless, including the rental-car process. I’m so thankful I chose this shop and would highly recommend them again and again!
