Caliber collisions customer service is unmatched however with regards to repairs, their attention to detail is seriously lacking. This is the second vehicle I’ve had repaired at caliber collision in Pembroke Pines and the second time I’ve had to point out incomplete or poorly performed work. The first was an obvious mismatch in paint tone and shade on my personal vehicle, a 2020 Ram 1500. The second was missing fasteners which hold the plastic undercarriage guard in place on a fleet owned 2024 Ford Maverick. As a remedy, they installed self tapping screws and explained that the correct parts would be ordered and arrive within 24-48 hrs. It’s been 2 weeks and no effort to reach out or provide an update has been made. Although Mike and his team try their very best to make the process as easy and stress free as possible, I would never recommend their services nor will I be using them for personal repairs ever again.
