This is the 2nd time that I’ve had to use Caliber and the 2nd time that I’ve left a very satisfied customer! We recently brought in my wife’s palisade for a door ding. The communication and scheduling were great. Everyone that I dealt with was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The repair was completed in a very timely fashion. The vehicle is black which makes any error in the repair extremely visible. I cannot see any residual dent. The body lines are perfect. The paint is indistinguishable from the OEM. The tolerances on panels and equipment are all acceptable. Great experience overall. I would recommend them to family and friends.

The auto was returned looking like it first came off the showroom floor. Te he 10 year old car was returned to me like brand new. They even cleaned the inside of the card when they returned the car to me.

The Pewaukee office was great. I will say that early on I got a call from a call service (this was a service not affiliated with the local office). I was just trying to verify that in fact it was Caliber Collision and not some spam-scam group. I was trying to make the caller verify they were legit and the call center got short with me and said something like "fine I'll cancel your appointment then." Otherwise the Pewaukee local office did an amazing job of helping me, they were very nice and they kept me incredibly informed and the work was very well done.
