The bumper replacement was very good. No issues with their workmanship. Communication was horrific, though. When I got there they did not have my order and blamed it on the woman at corporate. I showed them the quote on my phone and surprise they found my order.

My car was with Caliber for a month & a half. It still has problems and I’ve had it back for 3 days. The driver seatbelt barely fits me, there’s clearly a gap in the drivers door because all I hear is wind and the passenger side visor is pulled out of the interior on the right side. Very poor work for almost $20K! My rental coverage with my insurance expired and I spent an additional $585 out of pocket due to delays in the repairs. Why should I have to pay for additional rental because this still isn’t right.

All staff extremely friendly, courteous , professional , and competent. Heidi was superb and greeted me the sat after thanksgiving and relieved my fears of having my mini repaired, and essentially made the process seamless and easy. I appreciated all the daily updates on the repairs. Bottom line : car looks fantastic and was ready in a timely fashion . 5 stars from me !
