Everyone I came in contact with the moment I walked in the door to inquire about getting my vehicle repaired were very attentive and knowledgeable. The manager, receptionist and the detail gentleman were very helpful and polite. They kept me up to date as they were working on my car and I really appreciated that. I did not have to call them they contacted me. I did not get to personally interact with the repair shop but am very pleased with the way they fixed my car. Also everything was done in a timely manner and professional. Highly recommend John the manager, Britni the receptionist and Tanner the detail person. Will highly recommend Caliber Collision to everyone.
