I recently had my car repaired at Caliber Collision, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. John was my point of contact throughout the process, and he was absolutely fantastic. His communication was unmatched — always clear, timely, and professional. He kept me informed every step of the way, which made the repair process completely stress-free. Brittany at the front desk was equally amazing. She was incredibly friendly and flexible with my schedule, making it easy to get my car into the shop without any hassle. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. They even had snacks and refreshments available in the lobby while I waited, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience even more pleasant. Overall, this was a truly great experience. Excellent customer service, smooth communication, and a welcoming atmosphere — I highly recommend them!

My vehicle was repaired ahead of the original delivery date. That was impressive. I was kept abreast of the process by receiving text messages and telephone calls. I have never received this kind of service before from any other shop regardless of whether it was for a maintenance service or body repair.

The customer service was extremely excellent. From the time I walked in it was a calm peaceful atmosphere. The receptionist was very much welcoming. She explained to me every step that they were gonna take. Gave me snacks and delectables. Tried me on something that I never said I would drink. (cappuccino), best decision of my life. Walked me through the process of my rental and set it up to where I didn't have to do anything. Mr.John came out and talked with me as well went looked at the car showed me exactly what they were gonna fix. I love it there.
