I had a great experience with Caliber Collision from start to finish. Excellent customer service and friendly interactions when I dropped the car off and when picking it up. Once I dropped the car off, they started repairs right away. They kept me updated constantly through the repair process and they even finished sooner than the estimated date. They did a wonderful job and I would recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you Caliber Collision!

Excellent repair job. Loved being able to drop off rental there. I did have to text and call a few times to get updates on my car repair. Also I had to bring my car back today because the undergirds that were put on were hanging down on passenger side. I guess they are missing a few clips. So I have to bring it back in for repair of that.

Had to call in several times to get updates over a week. Front desk and employees had excellent customer service in office.
