The only problem I had was when I dropped off my truck I had specifically told them it needed an alignment. Then when I got the estimate I didn't see the alignment on it and after asking about it they said it would get done. Then I contacted my insurance adjuster the next day amd they said there wasn't an alignment on the estimate so he emailed yall and told yall to do it. Then I get a call from yall saying the truck was ready but insurance emailed and said it needed an alignment and in his words "I wish someone said something about that earlier" even though I had said something every day I went in there.

Contact person was unavailable and out of reach for the majority of the repairs. Got multiple things communicated incorrectly. Have worked with caliber in the past, but would not recommend this location.
