Only scoring a 5 to wait and see how this turns out. I should not have to return a vehicle, this was a simple fender repair. It took almost 2 weeks to repair then a terrible repair was done.

Chipped my windshield, chipped paint where they put parts back on, paint job is low quality: imperfections/debris throughout and very "orange peel" looking. The car has to go back in.

This transaction was absolutely horrible from the beginning. It took over two weeks from the initial appointment to get any type of answer on whether or not Caliber could even do the job. I had to call repeatedly for updates, because no one would return a call. Then it was scheduled to be dropped off on a Wednesday and I needed to pick it up on Friday due to travel for work. The project was not completed on Friday, the reasoning was extra work to get the broken glass out of the frame. I received a call on Monday that said it was ready to be picked up at 11:30. I arrived at 11:30 and waited for an hour for it to be completed. Since picking up a week ago, I have noticed rattling in the frame which tells me that all of the broken glass was not removed. I had gotten positive reviews from other people that had work done at this Caliber location, which is why I chose it. Definitely not the case at least for this situation. Communication is key, just keep people informed. Thank you Andy

Thank you guys so much for taking care of my beautiful car you did an amazing job and I am appreciative. You went above and beyond the job and that is why I am highly satisfied. The time it was there was quick. Thank you for listening to my concerns and helping out 😉 Also the rental car experience was smooth and flawless, I had a car to go into once I dropped my car off and then coming to pick my car up I was able to just leave the rental car and that did not disrupt my time. It was so convenient. I hope not to return, however, if I have any future needs for Caliber Collision I will be a returning customer!

They were efficient on scheduling my appointment. Love they work with Enterprise to get the car rental and help with it's return. My car was washed and windshield was even cleaned. They got it done 4 day ahead of schedule.
