I was told a few days repair. I took my car in this morning 08/05, @0815... I picked my car up same day, washed, repaired. Blew my mind. The staff is amazing, friendly ans super awesome.15 out of 10 rating. Im telling everyone!

I'm completely amazed and surprised. From the start (randomly picking from the yellow pages) they contacted me promptly, set up my rental, kept me completely informed throughout the whole process, and even finished early ( estimated 2-3 days, done in a half a day) all I had to do in this whole process was answer a text! Everything was done flawlessly. The blending is spot on, you could never tell. And its guaranteed for life! I will tell everyone to use gerber.

It's reassuring to me to see that QUALITY businesses still exist, that provide exceptional customer service. Tina at the front desk was absolutely professional, warm, and friendly => on the phone as well as in person. She went out of her way to provide me with excellent information, as well as answer all of my questions. I can't say enough good about Cody. He is amazing. His warm and professional nature put me at ease immediately. He was meticulous and thorough, as well as reassuring. He was also patient with my questions and went out of his way to explain everything thoroughly and in a way that was easily understood. As far as the results of the craftsmanship of Cody and his team, I am more than satisfied. My car looks like new! And far better than I was expecting. My experience with Gerber Collision & Glass was absolutely a 10 out of 10. Rest assured I will not hesitate to recommend your fine establishment to friends and family.

The car looks great and functions well so I am happy about that. know insurance is paying for it, but I wasn’t happy the final bill was so much higher than the estimate. If they had put it up on a hoist and looked before the estimate as I requested, the damage assessment would have been more accurate.
