My Experience

Caliber was good but the parts department was not. It took 6 weeks to get our car back because the parts were broken twice and had to send it back and wait for two extra weeks. Again I would like to make it clear that this was not Calibers fault. They were at our home the day after our accident and kept in touch with us thru out. We would use them again.

My Experience

We were extremely happy with the repairs that were made to our Ram pickup. It looked brand new when we went to pick it up! The bumper was replaced, the dent was fixed on the tailgate, and the damage behind/under the bumper (which we couldn't see initially) was repaired. Ivan, our contact person kept us up to date on each step in the repair process. We couldn't be happier with our service and how we'll we were treated by all staff we encountered.
