The repairs look good, but there was two things that did not meet my expectations. There was black silicon left on my rear window, and my running board was reinstalled and didn’t function as it should causing me to have to come back in for both.

My tire/rim and alignment were not inspected like I had requested. I was also given very minimal updates throughout the repair process. The last time I brought my car in, I was updated constantly, with photos of the progress included.

The communication was impeccable and the car came back to me not just with a fixed bumper but a cleaner than when I dropped it off! I had only spoken to Melissa during my experience, it's so nice to only speak with one person from start to finish and not be passed around through the whole shop. She was very clear and straightforward about everything which was awesome. Caliber got my car done 2 days sooner than they had projected and my car looks fantastic!!
