From the beginning Mike was a gem to work with. His weekly updates on my car progress, insurance info and personal payment was very helpful!! Customer service and updates were Aces high. Time to get started and finish was terrific. Perfect match on paint and repair looks real good. I noticed only one problem in that the gap between hood and fenders is off.

Left side "bumper" looking at the vehicle has a different reveal to upper than the right side. Aside from that they were 100% pro's! Very courteous, respectful, and accommodating!

I am beyond devastated after picking up my truck from the shop. I would never trust them to paint anything I own ever again. I have an appraiser from my insurance coming to look at the truck just to assess the amount of damage they have caused . The amount of imperfections in the paint is just beginning. The reassembly of my truck is a whole other issue. There is visible bolts missing and that’s so far what the eye can see. The bumper reinstallation is crooked. The new tail light installed is clearly from Spauldings. This is a brand new truck that I had them repair for rock chips on the hood and damage to the drivers side rear panel. Some reason there’s over spray all over the passenger side ! I bought a $70,000 truck in January of 2023. They have ruined it to the point that I would rather have my insurance buy it back. Oh to top it off my keyless entry on my doors don’t work . Also my tail gate button no longer works . It’s just a joy to get a used truck back after trusting someone with something I have paid so much money for NEW!!!

Nothing like have minor repairs done to a brand new truck and getting it back in worse condition than when it went in . I just love having my truck in a shop for a month to have to turn around and have a different shop repair the damages done by caliber collision. If you don’t care about your vehicle then definitely take it here . If you would like over spray over the other side of your vehicle that’s not being worked on and for you to touch it and it sounds like sand paper go here … if you would like rock chips after they painted the hood twice go here . If you would like used parts with scratches and not new condition put on the vehicle that’s brand new go here … if you would like little pimples all over your paint go here… 10 out of 10 do not recommend.
