Very easy to submit a claim to caliber. Hardest part was password to nationwide to submit my claim. Mike and caliber did a great job letting me know of the progress of my claim. Would recommend. Once again, this is my second visit in the last six months, I was completely bowled over by the speed, workmanship, and professionalism of everybody at Caliber Collision. Mike and his team made what could have been a horrible experience into a surprisingly pleasant experience. The quality of the work is obviously the most important aspect of body-shop work but the constant communications updating me on the status of my repair is what sets this shop off from every other shop I have dealt with in 50+ years of driving. I would not take my vehicles anywhere else.
