Where do I start? No one likes it when their vehicle gets hit and all the things you have to do as a result, but Caliber Collision made many aspects of this so much easier and better. First, I greatly appreciated the constant communication Mike provided throughout the time my 4Runner was there. Also, I greatly appreciate that he answered all of my questions timely and with a positive attitude. I had several. The service I received from him and the gals in the office was second to none. Very professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. My Vehicle looked just as great, if not better, than when I took it in and I even got it back a day earlier than promised! I highly recommend Caliber and would use them again! Thank you so much Mike and team! You are the best!

The work was good on the parts that were replaced. Customer service was very good. I was disappointed with the quality of the paint work on the hood that was repainted.
