I have taken my truck to them in post falls twice now the receptionist is always awesome to talk to either on the phone or in person. Mike is always top notch when it comes to keeping updated and explaining to me the step by step process that it took to fix my truck and the techs do awesome work

The repair was amazing! But, for some unknown reason my radio didn’t work afterwards. The repair was done in the rear, so it was very weird. They unplugged the battery so I’m guessing that’s what happened.

Holy cow!!! This was the best accident I have even been in! That sounds funny, but your staff made this experience not just easy, but comfortable. I am profoundly astonished at the level of communication and professionalism displayed by this company. Mike at Caliber was very responsive and updated me regularly. His original quoted date of completion was nearly exact and would have been if a couple vendor setbacks hadn't occurred. To early to be sure on quality of work. But quality of service was great.
