I had a great experience. The staff was positive and helpful. I enjoyed the employee at the front desk. Melissa was very knowledgeable and laid out the estimate and repair process. Each time we spoke she made sure all of my questions were answered. I also appreciate receiving the follow up texts and updates. To note: An item that I'm very pleased with is that mud or grease were not left in my car. Particularly on my steering wheel. My Subi looks great. Thank you for the quick repairs and a job well done!

Tom was very helpful. I was kept informed via text. And when there was a delay in parts Tom gave me a call to let me know when he expected the repair to be complete. When picking up the car. He explained the need to watch out for car washes and wax. The technician did a great job and we are vere happy with the repair.
