Chris was excellent at providing me with regular updates about the progress of my car, and was able to give me an accurate estimate of the time my car would be finished within the first few days that my car was towed to Caliber! This was invaluable to me because I was borrowing someone's car, and I could pass along time-frames updates to them as well. My car came back absolutely gorgeous inside and out. They even recharged my AC as part of the repair to my coolant overflow, which I had been meaning to do before I got into an accident. I originally went with Caliber Collision because they could see my car the soonest, with availability that same day where as many other places were months out. I understand that this will almost certainly not be the case in the future; as this new location gains notoriety for their flawless service I won't be surprised if they too end up with long wait lists. However if I ever need body work or engine repairs done again I will definitely be returning. This was the most professional car repair service I have ever been to, they priced my work under what my mechanically trained friends said it would be, and what they insist was light interior detailing had me driving away feeling like I was in a new car. If I get into an accident again the emotional blow will be softened because I know that by taking my car to Caliber, it will come back to me better than when I pulled out of the garage that morning

Chris was able to give me regular updates about the progress of my vehicle, and even told me proactively when he had seen our insurance investigator. Everyone was very professional. It's unlike any car shop I have experienced.

Was extremely easy and the process was laid out plainly. Even if you’re not a car person, the best thing from the experience are the constant text updates on how the car repair is moving along the process. Never had issues with our insurance and communication between them and Caliber either. Overall an excellent experience!
