In every aspect of the repair process the Collison team of professionals proved to be courteous, knowledgeable, honest and motivated to achieve excellence in each of the countless little tasks that are part of their jobs. It is difficult enough for a company to staff professionals in their shop that can and will identity and quickly fix the needed repairs in very complex vehicles. All of which they did ahead of schedule. The more amazing accomplish, was the flawless communication and customer service that Chris provided to us was amazing. The way he worked quickly to schedule the needed work and swiftly secured hard to find parts and services from outside companies made the whole procedure run like clockwork. Every promised update text and phone call was received without fail. In addition, one of the most important positions in any company, the face and voice of the company. The receptionist always had the front of the store spotless and well stocked. The paperwork always perfect without a wait, and a smile on her face. Harder than joggling. Thank you. It has been a plessure.

This accident really took me for a loop in the first place...when I called around about getting my newer Blacked Out Edition Chevrolet Traverse (which is like my other baby; we had the rig custom made for us) repaired after a very scary situation, I was told 6-8 weeks before most places could even get my SUV into be checked out/looked at; I then called Caliber Collison in Post Falls, Idaho and from the beginning, Melissa was kind and compassionate, she told me it could be towed in right away. When they received my Traverse she called me to let me know it had arrived safely and that they would get started ASAP. It was mind-blowing how fast I got the call from Mike Chaffee, my now Service Agent with all the details of what was next and what the expectations were. No matter what the reason was he always called me back, answered right away, emailed or even would text through their text line with updates, pictures of the progress and so forth. He helped explain all the things that I had questions about and made working with them extremely pleasant from start to finish! Mike kept me apprised on all the timelines even from the 3rd party companies needed to come in to assist with glass and tire/wheel issues etc. and made having to get major repairs less stressful! Huge bonus, we also didn't have to deal with the insurance company, he dealt with it all, if you have ever had to deal with one, you know what I mean, so that was nice!! ;-) When I got my rig back I couldn't have been more impressed with ALL the work, attention to details, cleanliness and overall experience with Caliber and the entire staff! Again especially Mike Chaffee, hands down he is amazing! Thank you Mike and team, we will definitely be recommending anyone and everyone we can to Caliber for all their vehicle needs; we will never go anywhere else now. Lifetime customers!

Extremely impressed with Calibur and their service. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Chris was wonderful to work with and Melissa was also helpful along the way. They exceeded my expectations in many ways. Down to the smallest of details. My vehicle was ready sooner than planned for and that was a nice surprise!
