There was communication throughout the entire process. When picking up the vehicle, Chris explained everything done while making sure we were satisfied with how it looked after completion. He asked if we had any questions made sure that we were free to call if any questions arose after leaving the facility.

Excellent experience with Caliber from the very first phone call with Melissa who was very patient with me and all my questions since Id never been in an accident before and wasn't sure what I needed to do as far as insurance issues, to the end of the repair job and I couldn't ask for better. Chris was in touch with me every week keeping me up to date every step of the way and made sure my car was 110% before it left his shop. It was tip top inside and out like a brand new car ! I called other shops in town and no one could get me in for 4 months but Caliber got me in immediately and even with parts on back order had me back on the road in no time. I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Post Falls.

The level of communication from start to finish by Mike was phenomenal. I have not experienced the valet level service that Caliber Collision provides as their standard! By Mike and the team’s stellar, personable service, the stress of this experience was significantly reduced. I would prefer not to be in need of Caliber Collision’s services again but if I should, or anyone I know does, I will call no one else. Thank you for setting the bar high and still exceeding my expectations!
