My exhaust system came back different than when I took it in there are no tips on my exhaust pipes I'm not very happy

My exhaust is different than when I took my car in there are no tips on my exhaust they said they would contact Liberty mutual about this and you guys would be contacting me and they would get the tips put on my car so it looked the same as it did when I dropped it off

Everything went fine until I got my car back they didn't put the tips back on my exhaust it looks completely different than it did when I took it in I told them about this they said they were going to contact Liberty mutual and work it out with you guys and get the tips put on my car so it would look the same as it did when I brought my car in
