This was my 1st experience having an accident then having yo have my vehicle repaired. My insurance company suggested caliber collision and from what reviews I saw I went them. I dropped my truck off and they immediately got to work on it. Although a lot of the damage was cosmetic parts shipping taking all the damaged parts off putting on the new ones and having to paint! These guys did such a great job!! They kept updated and if I had questions or concerns they were quick to let me know what was going on. I now know if this ever happens again where I’ll be taking my vehicles. They stayed to the dates we were given alls I had to do is drop my truck off and they did the rest. Thank you to all the staff Jim was our rep and he was super awesome!! They were also super friendly and efficient. I’d recommend caliber to anyone that has had an accident and want there vehicle repaired this would be the place. Thank you guys again made my truck look like what accident as in it looks like it never happened!
