I found the customer service to be lacking. We had a cracked windshield and it was never communicated that it would not be repaired. I was not aware until I picked up the vehicle. We were never given the option to pay for it to be repaired, it was just assumed we would not take care of it. I will not use Caliber for any other repair needs.

When I filled up my tank, the miles remaining was inaccurate. 320 whereas it should have been around 400. It did go up after I had driven about 50 miles. Also the door to the gas tank is stiffer.

My Experience

All repairs were completed to perfection earlier than estimated. I was kept informed about the repair process twice daily. Initially the estimate called for 15 business days to be completed. The repairs were actually completed in 5 to 6 business days. Furthermore, Caliber handled arrangements for the rental car which made everything very easy and convenient. I cannot be happier about the entire repair process. Great work.
