Door is still dented and there are still scratches where car was hit. Ryan points finger at Hartford claiming their nickel and diming job. Hartford is telling me they never received a request for additional money and asked what I want them to do about poor performance from a vendor I chose. Fortunately, body work has not been a service I’ve required. I was concerned about possible collision between Hartford and their recommended vendors, so I asked around. The strongest referral I got was from my 86 year old step father, a wise and accomplished man. He said he was thrilled with work you did for him and I shouldn’t consider anyone else. I showed him the work and he’s was apologetic and regretful of offering such a strong recommendation. My latest update from Ryan was that he’s is playing phone tag with Hartford. I don’t have a rebuttal on Hartford’s response to the problem. I’m not looking to make anyone’s life difficult, I’m not looking for a payday, I’m looking for my vehicle to be properly repaired and unfortunately finding it hard to be patient.

Caliber did an excellent job on my vehicle. They updated me on a regular basis regarding the progress of repairs. My vehicle was ready sooner than expected. Everyone was very professional.

They kept me updated every step of the way with text messages explaining what was being done and where my car was in the repair process, which I really appreciated. They were very attentive to every detail, especially since my lift gate and several other parts needed to be replaced. I could tell they truly cared about making sure everything was repaired properly and, most importantly, that my car was safe for me and my family to drive again.
