Garvey is a necessity for a car that is owned by the dealer, rather the customer in a buy or lease. The labor charges are pricey and as a third time customer, I feel that there should be some flat fee flexibility with the hourly rate and give the customer the better rate for them. Particularly so for repeat customers, or in Garvey terms, "Family".
