Great staff very efficient that take the time to explain every step of procedure and getting your car fixed. They update you at least twice a week and you don’t have to deal with any of the insurance company paperwork. My car was down in Albany and I had it towed up to Glens Falls if I ever need anything fixed again caliber collision is the only place to go to
