The young man in the front office (forget name) and "Pat" in charge of repairs were good to deal with. I was upset that Bob went over the damage with me but failed to communicate with Pat all the details. Also, the first time I brought it in Destiny hadn't done the paperwork so they weren't prepared for me, but the young man who arrives at 7:30 a.m. really jumped on it and got things done.
