Unhappy with cleanup efforts of my vehicle after repairs and returned to me.

Totally satisfied with vehicle drop processing and information along the way on repair status. Not happy with the cleanup of my vehicle after repairs completed. I’ve gotten vehicles back from other repairs over the years and they were practically detailed and clean as a pin. This appeared to be a run through the local car wash and that was as about it. Disappointed.

Excellent repair with fast service. The repair costs were more than insurance estimate but Caliber worked with insurance company and I was only responsible for my deductible. My truck looks brand new again!

Wait for my car for almost 5 months is crazy and when they finally call me that it was ready to pick up I check it before singing any paper work and it wasn’t finished. And the wait for them to get the paperwork done was very disliked wait for 35 minutes for them to finally come out and talk to me service was awful.
