Overall good customer service. Received a few phone call updates as well as email updates. A couple of the email updates weren’t exactly updates with the messages, seemingly automated, saying something like “soon you’ll be back in the road”. An update should be an update, not a generic message.

Overall my experience was good. Taylor kept me informed on the status of my service and was always pleasant and professional. The only concern I had is that my car was put around back and was unlocked. The gates were open (because they can’t get them closed) so anyone could go rummaging through the cars if they wanted. I just happen to go by that night and decided to lock my doors.
