I had an amazing experience with Caliber Collision! Jeff was with me every step of the way throughout the entire repair process. He kept me updated on what my vehicle needed, how long everything would take, and always made sure I knew what was going on. I truly felt taken care of and cared about, which is something you don’t always find these days. My car honestly looks brand new! Even when there was one very small issue, Jeff called me right away to let me know and kept me informed. That level of communication and honesty meant a lot to me. I highly recommend Caliber Collision. Their customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I wish every business treated their customers the way they do. Everyone from the moment I stepped into the office was very helpful and kind. Their work is also very impressive! There was no chance you can tell there was any damage ever to the truck. I am very happy with their work and communication with me through the whole process!

Upon my first visit seeking help to repair my car after I hit a coyote, I was impressed with the kind reception I received. I am 65 yrs old and have always been a person who talks a lot..... People get rude with me because I just don't shut up .. Well The staff at Caliber Collision patiently listened to my long drawn out story!!!! I realized during my visit.... And that is what helped me make decision to take my car to that location with that company. When My car was finished... It was beautiful! Repaired perfectly.
